    "The income reference period for SILC year T is the T-1 calendar year, i.e. for SILC 2023 the income reference period is the 2022 calendar year.\r\n\r\nThe Government introduced Cost of Living measures in response to the cost of living crisis. The statistics in this table reflect the estimated income and poverty rates in SILC 2023 and 2024 and poverty rates excluding the cost of living measures that were implemented in calendar year t-1.\r\n\r\n13 March 2026 - On the 11 March 2026, the 2023 data in this table was overwritten in error by 2024 data. This has now been rectified.",
